Booking & Payment: All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once the required deposit or full payment is received.
Travel Documents: It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they hold a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) and the necessary visas/health certificates for their destination.
Pricing: Rates are quoted based on current tariffs and exchange rates. We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of significant fluctuations or government-imposed tax changes.
Behavior & Safety: We reserve the right to decline or withdraw any traveler whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the safety or comfort of the group or staff.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bahraini Courts.
