Flight Tickets: Refunds are subject to the specific airline’s fare rules. Non-refundable tickets cannot be refunded. Service fees apply for processed refunds.
Hotel & Tours: * Cancellations made 30+ days prior to departure: Refundable minus administrative fees and supplier charges.
Cancellations made within 15-30 days: Typically subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 15 days: Generally non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Services: Visa processing fees, travel insurance premiums, and certain “Special Offer” or “Early Bird” packages are strictly non-refundable.
